The School Programme package aims to strengthen school staff understanding by providing the necessary tools when working with children with behaviours that challenge, executive functioning, sensory and social communication differences.
We offer a free first programme, and a nominal cost will be applied for subsequent programmes.
Programme 3, the following topics are covered:
To look at the different senses and how they affect some children with additional needs
How sensory differences present in the classroom – what are we looking for?
To recognise and reduce triggers to help reduce the challenging behaviours associated with Sensory Processing Difficulties
The programme will be led by professionals with demonstrated experience and knowledge.
